PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Melagrana associates are experienced in guiding and facilitating new business ventures. We use project management tools to define project goals, staffing requirements, time frames, deliverables, and cost. When a project is proposed to us, we submit a brief concept document that contains a project overview, a project plan, a tentative budget, and the payment structure.

RECENT PROJECTS

Last year, we performed market research for a proposed real estate venture that includes the building/refurbishing of a boutique hotel in lower Manhattan.

We prepared reports on the regulatory requirements associated with the sale and distribution of Italian-made alternative fuel vehicles.

We wrote the business case circulated among venture capital investors for a new line of luxury handbags and accessories.

Melagrana consultants guided the launch of a company that produces a line of soft, collapsible pet houses in China and distributes them in the U.S. and Canada.

We are also involved in the marketing and distribution in the United States of a high grade silica crystal cat litter called Pet Resource that is produced in China.
